How late can I join/register?
Registration will be open until the keynote session begins that morning. This includes registering for access to recordings.
Can I join a session from my phone?
Yes, dial-in numbers have been enabled, and each session’s “Audio” join instructions will have a separate number to join. Additionally, the Zoom app is available for mobile devices.
Will I have access to sessions I missed because I attended a session offered simultaneously?
All sessions will be recorded and made available through the Zoom Events Lobby.
Do I need a webcam or microphone to participate?
Webcam and microphones are not required to participate, though some presenter may ask that you enable these features for more in-depth discussions. The webinar chat function will be available in each session.
How will I receive handouts?
Handouts will be uploaded to the session details once those documents are provided by the presenter. You can access those handouts in the same location as the recordings.
What accommodations will be available for accessibility?
Zoom provides several options for accessibility including automated transcripts, which will be enabled for use.
How do I join a session?
To join a session, please select a presentation from the “Sessions” tab at the top of the Zoom Events Lobby landing page. When a session is available to attend, a “Join” button will appear next to the session name. Selecting Join will open a separate Zoom Meeting window. Each session will be hosted in it’s own unique Zoom Meeting.
Can I join a session late?
Yes, sessions can be joined at any time during the live presentation.
