TAMPA BAY LIBRARY CONSORTIUM REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)

The Tampa Bay Library Consortium (TBLC) is soliciting sealed proposals for the project below.  The TBLC will accept proposals electronically ON OR BEFORE MONDAY, JUNE 29, 2015 AT 4:00 P.M. EASTERN STANDARD TIME.  All proposals not received prior to the date and time set forth above will not be accepted for consideration.  TBLC is issuing a Request for Proposals rather than an Invitation to Bid because of the importance of factors in addition to price.
