Training-teaching-learning is at the heart of what contemporary libraries do formally and informally every day. This highly-interactive, results-driven daylong workshop, followed by three one-hour online sessions, is designed to help you hone your own training-teaching-learning skills while learning how to help others develop those same skills.
By the end of the workshop and online sessions, you should:
Be able to draw upon a variety of training-teaching-learning train-the-trainer techniques to provide effective, engaging learning opportunities for those you serve
Have at least three ideas for how you can develop and facilitate train-the-trainer sessions for those you serve
Have a simple first-draft plan to be further developed and used in your own onsite, online, or blended (onsite-online) training efforts—particularly those designed to train other trainers
Presented by Paul Signorelli
