This workshop is a basic guide to applying for grant funding. It includes basic tips and tricks for presenting your need for grant funds, how you plan to implement a grant and measure its successes.

While not intended to cover any specific grant program, the concepts and information gained from this sessions should be applicable to most any type of grant funding. The session will also touch on grant implementation, reporting and evaluation of your program.

Biography ~ Marian Deeney
Marian Deeney is a Library Program Administrator for the State Library of Florida. She has been working with all parts of grants funding and administration for over 30 years, including writing, evaluating, administering, implementing and reporting on the use of grant funds.
