TBLC is looking for a new Member Services Coordinator to lead our outreach efforts, manage our online presence and grow and expand our video production program. Apply by sending cover letter and resume to Vickie Frost at frostv@tblc.org.
We at TBLC are sad to announce that Jessica Riggins will be leaving TBLC after four wonderful years as Member Services Coordinator. Jessica accomplished a lot during her time with us and helped TBLC connect with library folks in our region, state and nationwide. Her last day with us will be Friday, September 18, 2015.

The Special Session began on Monday to take up three issues: The Budget, Health Care and Tax Relief. FLA is watching the budget process closely and working hard to protect library funding. The Budget conference process is expected to begin Friday afternoon – and maybe as early as Thursday.
On Wednesday, March 18, 2015 Florida library advocates from all corners of the state converged on the Capitol in Tallahassee for Florida Library Day to inform legislators about the value libraries provide Floridians and make the case for state funding.
