Supervisory Skills (Live Online) Part 2 of 5

Creating a Motivating Environment

Supervising people can be one of the toughest parts of your job...but it doesn’t have to be! In this session, we will talk about the taboo subject – favoritism. Is it in your workplace? Why? Why does it matter if it is? How can you avoid it?

And we’ll get right down to the nitty-gritty regarding a motivating environment. What is motivation and what does it look like in our workplace? What do employees really want? How can we provide what they want without “breaking the bank” – or the budget in our case? During this session, we’ll brainstorm as a group to come up with a list of at least 15 no- or low-cost ways of creating a motivating environment...this one’s going to help us get our creative juices flowing – you won’t want to miss it!

If you register for this class, we will contact you with log-in information 24 to 48 hours prior to the workshop.
